    TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. The terms and conditions listed hereunder is applicable to the “MADIA Natural Diamond Identification Session” (the Event) organized by MADIA Jewellery Co. Ltd (the Organizer).
  2. Apart from the terms and conditions listed hereunder, the Organizer can add/amend the event guideline and inform the participants accordingly.
  3. Applicants can register for the Event for free through this website, and enjoy the exclusive privileges after completing the Event.
  4. All registered participants will receive a certificate, a complimentary Personalized Jewellery Design Service (worth: HK$3,000) and a gift upon completion of the Event.
  5. You must complete the registration form with your complete personal details and the desired date and time of participation. Each registration will allow a maximum of 2 participants and one of them should be the registrant with matching name and contact number.
  6. Our staff will contact the registrant to confirm the registration details and event time. No alteration on the time can be made after confirmation.
  7. Registration will be considered as a failure if the Organizer cannot contact the registrants due to wrong or missing registration information.
    RIGHT OF THE ORGANIZER
  1. Amendments on the terms and conditions of the Event and all related guidelines at any time without prior notice to the registrants in its sole discretion. All participants should follow the final terms, conditions and guidelines; and
  2. If participants violate any terms, conditions or guidelines (during or after the event) according to the Organizer’s sole discretion, the Organizer can disqualify the participants and shall not be responsible for the participants’ loss due to the disqualification.

  1. Use of personal data collected：All personal data provided will only be used for registration, verification and contact purpose of“MADIA Natural Diamond Identification Session”.
  2. Classes of Transferees： Personal data collected by MADIA may be disclosed to our Group Companies, or any third party agents, contractors and other network operators (only limited to the Event).
