Note: From 1 September 2010 onwards, the expiration date of all VIP memberships will be December 31 of the subsequent year.For example if a Noble VIP makes the first purchase within a membership year, the membership will be extended to December 31 of the subsequent year. If an Emperor VIP makes the first purchase within a membership year, the membership will be extended to December 31 of the year 2 years after the year of purchase.If no purchases are made during the period of validity, all accumulated spending amounts will be reset to zero once that membership expires.

For every HK$1 spent, VIPs earn 1 bonus point. Upon every 5,000 accumulated points, VIPs receive an electronic HK$500 coupon, which is valid for twelve months from the date of issue. Note: The validity period of bonus points follow that of the respective membership validity period. Once the membership expires, all bonus points, whether used or not, are forfeited. However, if the membership is extended before expiry, the bonus points will continue to accumulate.
